Meditation Specialist Dinny Coleman offers both group and private meditation classes for children, teens, young adults and adults. For those new to meditation, she offers a

4-class introductory course. No prior experience is needed.

Individual meditation sessions are available for those who wish to have one-on-one, personalized instruction. Each session is individualized to meet the clients specific needs. Investment: $60/1 hour session

SKYPE sessions available

Classes are also available to those experienced with meditation and for those interested in trying out relaxation

and mindfulness techniques.

Investment: $15/class or $65/5-class card
